1. Agreement to Terms

By requesting, booking, or using services from Oak & Tide Property Services ("we," "us"), or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

We provide residential property services in Savannah and Coastal Georgia, including remodeling, decks and outdoor living, carpentry, home repairs, and ongoing property maintenance. The scope, schedule, and price of each project are set out in a written estimate or agreement.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are based on the information available at the time and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Changes to the scope of work, or conditions discovered once work begins, may change the final price. We will discuss any changes with you before proceeding.

4. Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit and progress payments, will be listed in your agreement. Invoices are due by the date shown. Late balances may be subject to a reasonable late fee.

5. Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide safe and timely access to the property. Coastal weather and material availability can affect schedules, and we will keep you informed of any delays. Please give at least 48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment.

6. Homeowner Responsibilities

You confirm that you own the property or are authorized to approve work on it. You are responsible for securing permits that require owner signature, and for disclosing known hazards such as structural damage, mold, or hidden utilities.

7. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship for the period stated in your agreement. Warranties do not cover normal wear, weather damage, misuse, neglect, or work performed by others.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Website Use

Content on this website, including text, photos, and logos, belongs to Oak & Tide Property Services and may not be copied or reused without permission. The website is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Chatham County, Georgia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
